This information is used by Fantasy for Adults Only to identify and access the Club & Performer Perks Program account on your behalf. Fantasy for Adults Only does not release any personal customer information to any third parties unless required to do so by law. Fantasy for Adults Only may use the information provided by the Authorized User for market research, development and evaluation of products, services, and promotions. Club & Performer Perks Cards are not transferable and may only be used by the Authorized User. Fantasy for Adults Only reserves the right to alter or terminate the Club & Performer Perks Program at any time and without prior notice.
